A primary ashtanga (level 1) led class. Sharath is the grandson of ashtanga master, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and is the director of the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India. Sharath is the most advanced ashtanga yoga practitioner in the world, he teaches in Mysore with Pattabhi Jois and on their worldwide tours. Not suitable for beginners, for learning astanga yoga or for those unfamiliar with the Ashtanga method.
