The class expertly combines a number of carefully selected Pranayamas including a Cleansing Breath and Kapalabhati with Mudras such as Chin and Yoni. The easy to follow narrated class instructions are complemented by relaxing background music and the accompanying guide book highlights the instructions and provides a series of reference photos for each technique. It also contains useful information on how to get the most from the class.
